Dr. Sarah Herring

Dr. Sarah Herring was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. She attended North Carolina State University for her undergraduate studies and received a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with minors in Nutrition and Business Administration. After graduating, she completed a year-long internship with Triangle Restoration Dentistry in Durham, NC, working primarily in the dental lab. She then earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from East Carolina University, followed by an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Elizabeth City, NC.

Dr. Herring is thrilled to be returning to the Triangle and joining Wake Dental Care as a general dentist. She is committed to providing quality and compassionate care with collaborative treatment planning to find the best option possible for her patients.

Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis and disc golf, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her family and 2 zebra finches, Miso and Yuki. She is an avid Wolfpack fan and loves cheering her team on at football games!
